Information we collect
- Account basics (email, team name, preferred tool) so you can manage purchases, updates, and loyalty status.
- Payment details are handled by DodoPay, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce. We store confirmation tokens only—never full card or wallet data.
- Usage data such as order history, download timestamps, and IP/device information to prevent fraud and guide product improvements.
How we use data
- To deliver the digital product, send receipts, updates, and share Discord/Notion access.
- To support customers, operate the loyalty program, and respond to product or privacy requests.
- To analyze aggregate performance and improve content without sharing personal data with external parties.
Your choices
- Update your profile inside the Creator Hub whenever you need to.
- Request deletion by emailing privacy@promptforge.ai—we will remove personal records unless retention is legally required.
- Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links while continuing to receive critical transactional messages.
Data sharing
We only share personal data with trusted vendors essential to running PromptForge.ai: payment processors, authentication providers, analytics, and storage partners. All partners operate under strict confidentiality agreements.
We do not sell personal information. Disclosure happens only when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and our platform.
International transfers
PromptForge.ai operates globally. When data moves outside your region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and comparable safeguards that comply with GDPR and local regulations.
